Can I visit the Ahmedabad studio in person?
Yes, our flagship Experience Center at 37, Orchid Sky, Opposite Sky City Arcade, Shela, Ahmedabad is open Monday through Saturday from 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM. We welcome collectors and homeowners to inspect sculptures and canvas artworks prior to acquisition.
How are delicate marble idols and brass statues shipped?
All artifacts undergo multi-layered shock-absorbent thermal foaming, high-density wood crating, and 100% transit insurance. We partner with specialized white-glove logistics providers to ensure flawless doorstep delivery across India and worldwide.
Do artworks come with a Certificate of Authenticity?
Every Heritedge acquisition is accompanied by an embossed physical Certificate of Authenticity specifying the artisan guild provenance (Swamimalai, Thanjavur, Jaipur, or Nathdwara), metallurgical/stone composition, and master craftsman attribution.
What is the turnaround time for bespoke commissions?
Bespoke lost-wax brass castings and hand-carved Makrana marble sculptures typically take 3 to 6 weeks depending on scale and intricacy. You receive regular progress photographs and metallurgical documentation during the creation process.
